This phone number can only service accessible seating tickets and cannot be used for any other phone order requests. Ticketmaster outlets, phone lines or online do not handle accessible seating ticket orders for fair shows. There is a two-ticket limit for accessible seating orders.

Advance Fair admission tickets may be used anytime regular $6 Fair admission is charged. Grandstand show tickets INCLUDE Fair admission if purchased in advance of the show date. Grandstand Show Venue Policies & Procedures

Purchasing concert tickets on the Day of Show Fairgoers may still purchase concert tickets on the day of performance at the Fair Box Office, any Pennsylvania Ticketmaster outlet, and online until 3 p.m. day of show. For purchases online, it is recommended to select print at home TicketFast™ as the delivery option. Concert tickets are not available by phone the same day of the performance. Fairgoers must pay Fair admission if buying concert tickets for that day’s Grandstand Show. Fair admission is only included if show ticket is purchased in advance of the show date.
Will Call Tickets Will Call tickets are available at the Will Call Gazebo located next to the Box Office three hours prior to start of the show. Customers must have their confirmation number and photo I.D. to pick up concert tickets.
Accessible Seating Accessible seating tickets for the Grandstand venue can be purchased in person at the Box Office or by phone at 610-433-7541. There is a two-ticket limit for these orders to accommodate the person needing accessible seating and one companion.
Payment The Fair Box Office accepts cash ONLY on first day of sale. After that cash, VISA or MasterCard, money orders, and traveler’s checks are accepted. Any other forms of payment including Personal Checks will not be accepted.
Children Under 2 A child who has reached his/her second birthday requires a ticket for admission to any Grandstand show. A child who has not reached his/her second birthday does not require a ticket for any Grandstand show. However, a child under age 2 may not occupy a seat and must sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. If parent or guardian is non-compliant, a venue representative will escort the parent/guardian and child out of the venue.
Refunds, Exchanges, Upgrades There are no refunds, exchanges, or upgrades for any Grandstand Show. There is no reselling of tickets on the Fairgrounds. All persons participating in reselling of tickets on the Fairgrounds will be prosecuted.
Show Postponement or Cancellation In the unlikely event of a show postponement or cancellation due to the headliner’s inability to perform, information will be provided regarding procedures as soon as it becomes available. Once the show starts, no weather-related interruption or abbreviation constitutes a postponement or cancellation. A special guest’s inability to perform will not be considered a postponement or cancellation.
For the safety of all Fairgoers all hand-carried items, belt bags, and strollers, are subject to search by Show security. Backpacks are NOT allowed in most cases. Fairgoers are encouraged to keep any unnecessary items in their vehicles.
Recording Devices Unauthorized filming, video, and audio taping are prohibited inside the venue.
Cameras Cameras are only allowed at the discretion of the artist performing. Fairgoers may check if cameras are allowed by calling 610-433-7541 the day of the show.
Alcohol Alcohol is prohibited in the venue. Alcohol is only permitted to those 21 years of age and older at the MainGate Dance Club, "Bier Garten", and the Party Patio located on the grounds near Gate 8.
Cans, Glass, or Plastic Bottles No cans, glass, plastic bottles, or containers may be brought into the venue. No laser pointers may be brought into the venue.
Readmissions Show patrons will not be readmitted after leaving the Grandstand venue.
